First Neurofeedback Session.....

Loved it!! The computer actually picked up when I began getting anxious and I started to "reteach" this brain to calm down. It was so interesting.

If I was skeptical before----I'm done with that. I left there so calm and collected it was amazing. So----I'll be beginning 2x per week and then going to 1x. This is very exciting!!!!!

That's great! It usually takes a while for the brain to really learn how to maintain a state of optimal function and even longer for that pattern to become habitual (the normal mode so to speak), but as Lao Tsu famously said: "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Sounds like you just took yours.

I"m in line to receive NFB. It's been a few months but you've gotten me excited about it again.

Glad to hear you had a great experience. Reading about your experience encouraged me. I've often wondered how my daughter feels after, she always looks really good once she is done. She doesn't really express how she is feeling all that much...i guess she's only 10. She will have completed 31 hours of training after today! We are hoping to see light at the end of this tunnell yet.
