I have a new aura, I think, not sure.

I felt as though I was forcing my thoughts today, it was like I had to strain to think.

Can this cause some kind of electrical buildup?

Just curious if anyone had this.

It scared me, and I had a sensitivity to light. :(

Billy.

Hi Billyboyboo

It sounds like you're having problems with your cognitive functions. Have you looked at this section, and sub-sections?

If you don't normally have to work that hard to think, maybe something has triggered an increase in your E activity recently, or you need a change in meds. With your extra sensitivity to light, there is definitely something going on. Maybe even a migraine.

All of what you've described is "normal" for me, so I'm probably not much help. But when something is out of the norm, you need to ask why.
