Talking Getting Better!!

At my annual dentist appointment, I told my dentist that my ride side of my mouth, ever since my wisdom teeth were pulled out, felt totally different.
((Also, that I have been having seizures twice a day that day after -i did have a previous bought with seizures as a child though-))

Soo... he pressed along the bone shelf and said, "Hmm... well you are missing a good bit of your bone shelf in your jaw, due to the severely impacted tooth, but you have a bit of bone growing/sticking out in the wrong direction."

A sharp splinter of bone needed to be filed down. So they cut the gum, filed that sucker down, and sewed me up. It really didn't hurt. That or I was excited and that made if better feeling?! lol.

It's been a week since and the feeling has come back into my cheek. My seizures have become less intense as well! Granted, I still have them and am fully aware of everything going on for the short seconds they are, but a second or so less than usual makes life much easier.

I wish everyone the best! AND if your seizures became worse after a wisdom tooth extraction, feel for any crazy bone points in your gums!!!

Wow,

that's weird! I've never heard of such a thing. It sort of makes sense though...

I'm glad you're feeling better though.....

Yes there have been connections made between dental work and other major illness.

Not related to wisdom teeth, but could have a connection, if amalgams are disrupted in the process.

Glad you are doing better after the surgery. Thanks for sharing the interesting experience. I wonder how many others have similar experiences.
