Got results my bone density test.

I saw my PCP yesterday he told me the results.

It shows I don't have Oseoteporosis.
I have arthritis in my back which I knew.
It also shows I have arthritis in my knees and my hips.

Well despite the arthritis, that's a win, right? No osteoporosis! Do you take calcium/D supplements?

I don't take calcium supplements.
I was told I should take some calcium supplements which I'm getting today.
