Has this happen to anyone else. New to me

I was watching the X-Factor.. there was so lights, diff. colors, I think it was the flashing, movement of the camera. alot was going on while the singers perform, A seizure was coming on, I closed my eyes. that feeling went away. iI started watching again, and I felt another seizure about to come on. I turn to TV to another program.
