If you're still having trouble with auras, try focusing on your breath & taking long, slow, deep breaths. Sometimes that helps me fight of a seizure when I feel an aura.

I'm okay now, but for some reason I feel topheavy and dizzy. Thinking of taking a nap.

Can't seem to lie still for more than 15 mins, so the nap's not working well... but now the auras are back and I have a nasty headache, which I think might be the start of a migraine. I'm worried, though because last time I had a migraine, it lasted 2 hours and I had 4 seizures.
