Definitely

I'm sure there are plenty of anti-epileptic drugs that react with each otherThe reaction that applied to me is how tegretol (carbamazapine) & dilantin (phenytoin) increase how quickly the body eliminates Valproic acid (valproid, depakene)
I used to be on all 3 meds. years ago.

The best person to ask is your pharmacist. I have found that they know more about medications than neurologists.

I checked 2 of my medications. Keppra capsules and Neurontin. It said that there were no interactions for those 2 medicines. That is a handy website. Thank you Dutch Mom.

Dave, some medications can react with others.

Listen to your body. If you are feeling different, then it most likely is a reaction.
A pharmacist would know the interaction between two meds, but your body knows how you personally are going to respond to them.

Worth repeating.

Quick story...my friend went out with her husband who is a doctor (internist). She drank too much (she's a little stressed at the moment), came home and got very sick. Her husband found her on the floor in the bathroom. They found out that a medication she is on (not an anti seizure med) reacts strongly with alcohol.

I use the site that Dutch Mom posted all the time, especially after I switch medications, even if I take an over the counter pill--one can never be too safe.
