I "shake" after falling asleepMy boyfriend describes that every night after I fall asleep my legs shake violently and that's how he knows I'm asleep. I thought this was a hypnic jerk (ie normal), but after re-reading what a hypnic jerk is, I don't think it is one. It's not painful and it's not Restless Legs Syndrome. Has anyone ever heard of their legs shaking right after falling asleep? |

| I'll have some myoclonus in bed - and it seems to be most prevalent in bed but that could be because I'm trying to be motionless in bed and it's most noticeable |
