ictal-gasm?

has anyone ever had a seizure during/involving orgasm?

I'm pretty sure I did last night

I wrote a lot about it in my diary. I could expound but basically I'm pretty sure it was a simple partial: immobility, a depersonalization of sorts because I was having a very strong visual fractal and mobile hallucination with my bedroom ceiling (that spray-on typical textured type ceiling)
this was definitely not "afterglow"
or definitely not typical for me
if this is what afterglow typically is, then I've been missing out on the joy of sex entirely up until last night.
a depersonalization, I guess(?), was also involved where I was inside my consciousness and detached from my body, which has been recurrent with auras for me
simple partial I guess
the more I pay attention to these things the more I would regard these things as temporal in the seizure spectrum
I feel very refreshed and 'rebooted' again today which has also been a postictal typical

Orgasms can trigger seizures, I know the first time it happened to me I was pretty stunned by it. I have never asked the docs about reflex seizures, maybe because it is not like my usual seizures....

Reflex seizures can occur in response to a variety of stimuli, both sensory and emotional. Common triggers include light and music; however, in a growing number of case reports, the phenomenon of sexual activity triggering epileptic seizures is described. Orgasm-induced seizures are an increasingly well-described phenomenon and we suggest that this should be taken into account when assessing patients with possible reflex seizures.
