Issues the past few daysI truely hope I don't have seizures tonight. I'm just ready to be able to go to work tomorrow. I feel like I have had almost every kind of seizure I've had in my life in the past few days. Last edited by Melpier; 06-04-2009 at 07:31 PM. Reason: miss type |

| Good luck! I hope you can de-stress and get a good night's sleep, and that your neurologist has some answers for you. |

| Recently I've been having trouble with nocturnal seizures but I've found that valerian tea helps a bit. It is also helps me sleep really deep so that I actually do get the rest I want. You can give that a try if you want.

Changing Meds Im going to start switching meds tomorrow. Im Taking FMLA partly because of the past few days. I'm a little nerves. I go down a level AM & PM and only go up in the PM. ( I am more likely to have seizures at night) it just makes me uneasy. |

| Have you ever had a sleep study done to check for sleep apnea?
