L-triptophan can it treat epilepsy

Hi can L-triptophan (or anything else) be used as an alternative to medication for epilepsy. OR as a means to reduce the medication but still have as good or better control . The whole idea of mine & many others is to reduce or eliminate some (if not all) of the side effects of medication.

Thanks Craig

Welcome Craig

I've tried typtophan & it really did nothing but increase my seizures.

I'm sure there are supplements out there that have a more positive effect but it differs from person to person as to what might help them.

It's good to have you here. You should drop by the foyer & introduce yourself.
