Unhappy Lasted 4 weeks....

...which is a new record!
And you know, it had to hit, on my last day of holiday, in the swimming pool toilets, where I got jarred behind the door, so no one could get in. Oh the shame. And i couldnt get dressed because i hurt my neck, so they collared and boarded me and wheeled me out down the side of the pool, wet and cold, and everyone stared! AND IT WAS RAINING. And im feeling sorry for myself.
but... 4 weeks... heres hoping i can top it

Hey, these things happen. Think of it as a learning experience, not a problem

Don't let it get you down. 4 weeks is a long time and you made a new record! Just try and figure out what triggered the seizure, take that into account, and go for a new record!

But, I must ask because I'm curious.... how did the rest of your holiday go?

Oh Cherriuz,

Sorry to hear about your last seizure but as hard as it is, try not to be too hard on yourself about the seizure. 4 weeks is a great time to go without seizures & each minute, day, week etc we go without a seizure is a bonus.

Have you been able to pin point any triggers to your seizures?

Way to go!!!!

You beat my record - 3 weeks. I'm not even sure if I made it that long though, I may have had some during it because alot of time unless there is someone there to actually see me have the seizure I don't know I had it.

Hope your no seizure streak keep going!!!!

Hope you feel better. Do you think something about the swimming or the temperatures may have been a trigger?

Four weeks huh? Not bad! Sorry to hear you had a seizure but don't worry about the looks you get. More are out of concern and confusion than anything else. Get well soon x

The rest of the holiday was grand - thank you for asking, place was lovely and we had a great time on the beach
I dont think it had anything to do with the pool because we went swimming earlier in the week, but i was seriously suffering from lack of sleep because the day before was a thunderstorm in the night and my 4 year old was scared out of his skin... so maybe that?
The doc in Torquay thought it could be from just going up in dose, because it poses a risk at first apparently, i didnt know this!
