Wink live blood analysis

So i havent been on here for a long time as life is busy but just an update and a couple questions....
Jay has BRE and has had simple partials, drop attacks and complex partials for years now. since upping his tegretol several months ago, no more drops or complexes but simple partials are still going on every month a couple times or so.
the pediatrician upped him to 3 times a day instead of two as the s/p are still regular.
my first question is he has been having more headaches than usuall and some of them are coming on very fast and hard ( he was diagnosed with migraines before epilepsy years ago). he pretty much freaks out with the pain and lays down and falls to sleep real hard. the whole thing maybe lasts for an hour or so.
he can fall asleep during the headache so hard, that he actually drools ..... the ped says they are simple partials as well ????? does that sound right?
my second question is for anyone that has tried the live blood analysis for seizures. my friend who has a little girl of undiagnosed seizures ( eye rolling and head turns daily....) saw the blood doctor with no info and confirmed on the spot that she has seizures! put her on a special diet with suppliments and some dietary changes and she has not had one for 2 weeks!!! not one...definately works like black and white. has anyone heard of that because i have an appointment for the blood doctor on the 29th of sep.
i am real excited to maybe do some changes in his diet to create changes in his seizure pattern.

Yup, it

certainly sounds like more simple partials.

But, here's an idea. Since Jay has been diagnosed with migraines, have you tried adding in magnesium supplements? Honestly, I had been using them for a very long time (before something else made me super sick and I couldn't handle those pills anymore), and because of the magnesium, my PMS, cramps, shin splints and MIGRAINES were ALL GONE. Now that I've found the liquid form, Ii should be OK again soo, and I am EXCITED.

In regards to having a live blood analysis, no I haven't had one, nor have I even ever heard of such a thing. Can you give me more information about it? I find this idea interesting....

I wish you luck.

Meetz

Welcome Back

When I was a pre-teen and in my early teens I was on Tegretol 3 times a day with Mysoline & Dilantin & I rarely got headaches but when I did they were disabling & I would have to sleep it off. I still rarely get headaches (I"m only on tegretol) but when I do they're doozies.

As for the diet, it's usually the ketogenic diet that's prescribed for children.

There are several members here who have tried one of the "epilepsy diets" - either the LGIT, MAD, Keto or GARD - and had very fast results.

MAD - Modified Atkins Diet

Classic Ketogenic Diet

Keto diet

GARD diet testimonials

thank you everyone

i will try and post the link for the live blood analysis, if it doesnt work.....you can just google it. I know 3 people doing it for years for many different reasons and by a simple diet change ~specifically to your blood~ have had wonderful results. check it out.

Hello, we used this approach with our now 11 year old daughter. She started having seizures at age 6. After trying several drugs and seeing no improvement we tried the live blood cell analysis. She went seizure free for a whole year!! Unfortunately they started to come back slowly and we haven't been able to get the same level of control. The lady that did her blood cell analysis asked us if our daughter had ever had seizures not even knowing her condition, just by looking at her blood. That told me right away there was something to it. She was very accurate in telling me what was going on with her and we hadn't given her any medical history at all. So I would say absolutely go for it. It is a very interesting approach to treating our health. Good luck!

interesting....but i know for a fact it has helped in treating conditions in my family as well as others i know. we actually spent alot less money with better results using the blood cell analysis approach than we have on 125 hours of neurofeedback, drug use, and other methods we've tried to achieve some sort of seizure control.
