lucid dreaming

I've had a few times lately where I've had a sort of lucid dream state at night. One time I even woke myself up, which was strange.
Maybe it's from caffeine or smoking.
But does anyone else have a noticeable sort of lucid dreaming they might associate with seizures?
I don't really recall the lucid thing happening prior to the onset of having tonic clonic seizures.

My dreams have become lucid, and incredibly vivid, recently, with an onset of awful nightmares as well.

I have tonic clonic seizures, and have recently started taking Lamotrigine.

My lucid dreams are actually simple partial seizures, I'll wake up mid dream a little scared, sick, and with a headache... The night I had a tonic clinic I had about 15 of these, my neurological said they quickly generalize.
