natural pills- help with symptoms

hiii,
I've heard that sometimes natural things can help with decreasing the symptoms that bother you. I know doc cant put you on it because these pills are not fully tested but I was just wondering if anyone knew of any natural remedies for double vision and memory loss ?? thanks
