Your best best, if you haven't been able to find one by using Google, Bing, Yahoo or Dogpile (all major search engines) is to get hold of the local Epilepsy Foundation for your area, and see if there is one. If there is, they can direct you to it. If not, they can direct you on how to go about setting one up........
