I had another bad seizure (aren't they all bad??) early Sunday morning and after I woke up I noticed something that I hadn't before...a progressing numbness tingly feeling spreading across my lips. It started on the left and slowly moved towards the right. It kind of freaked me out, but then went away after about an hour. :ponder:

Probably a bit of "aftershock" as the nerves return to normal.

Numbness and tingling are definitely part of seizures. Ranging from simple and complex partials to tc's. My hands and feet have gone pins and needles before. I thought it was because they were in a weird position during a seizure. But since you mentioned it, I looked it up. I'm GLAD you talked about it. Now I'm educated on it.

Search on the pages for tingling, numbness (Edit, search)
