Online Diary

Is anyone using the epilepsy.com epilepsy diary?

What do you think? I just started playing with it and it is very easy and
not time consuming at all.

Previously, I have been using evernote as a diary for my meds and episodes but this is just a push of a button.

I discovered it on iTunes as an app but you must activate it through the website.

Yeah I use it to note down my tonic clonics but don't bother with the complex partials as they're a pretty regular occurance. My neurologist hates me being vague.

I use it, only on my desktop, as I don't have any handheld devices. I found the graphs great evidence of my seizure types, when attending neurologist appointments, and these contributed to an increase in my medication. I just don't think my neurologist was listening to me without that evidence.

The only addition I would like is the addition of a dietary monitor, as I have a lot of food triggers. Yes, I can note them in the Notes section, but there is nothing like those graphs for detecting a pattern. Otherwise, it does a good job.
