please help.

Im not sure if this is something to do with epilepsy... but I feel extremly sick right now.

This hapened one morning about a week ago.. but it passed.

This morning i woke up with it again.

I woke up with this throbbing pain at the top of my nose/forehead on the right hand side, so bad that it wakes me up and I cant get back to sleep and i feel like I want to rip my nose off.

I figured it is cause I left my window open during the night and it got really cold ?

Anyway I took some advil and Ive been up about 1/2 an hour now and its no better and I also feel dizzy.

Im wondering what this could be ?

Could it be a migraine? Many people with epilepsy have migraines as well.

yeah, I do get migarines, but this is totally different.

My nose is not blocked and Im not sneezing, but it feels like I have fluid or pressure, or both at the very top of my nose. I think perhaps I have an infection because my glands are sore under my arm.

I know its nothing epilepsy related its just I was in agony this morning and I was v worried

I laid down this afternoon and noticed it felt worse/pressure when I was laid down.

I have antibiotics here left over from a severe infection I had last year from being bit.. so Im taking those, and if its not better in 3 days I will see the Dr.

Thanks though, hopefully I will be ok. Tonight I will shut my window.

You could have a sinus infection.
Try not to have any dairy for the next three days as well.

Sounds like it could be a sinus infection, I've had them before and your symptoms sound familiar.

I hope you are feeling better soon!

That sounds a lot like siunitus to me, I have had it once before and your description sounds dead on. I was advised to drink some apple cider to help clear it up. I figured it was worth a shot and after 3 or 4 glasses all the pressure suddenly released and (sorry for being gross) about a full glass of liquid came running out of my nose... so if you tryt his, have some tissue handy at all times!
