If the video is small (say less than 5 megabyte), you can try emailing it to me - info@ c-w-e dot com - with c-w-e dot com being the full spelled out domain as you see in your address bar.

Otherwise, I would suggest YouTube or Google Video. I think they let you delete a video after you upload it, so it would only be public for a short time.
