That being that am trying come up with records, past history going all the back to my first bout with E 40+ years ago. The Dr. that I started with is since retired. What happens to records of past I really only have records from the last ten or so years, any help on if there is web site for patient records sort of a warehouse your thoughts.

They are usually sent to a warehouse of sorts. But you have to locate where they sent them. Did that doctor have a practice, or other doctors that would know where they send records that are *x* number of years old?
