sick in the night?

Last night I went to bed with a persistant headache, and woke up at about 3 feeling awful. I was super hot and felt as though I could vomit, and I felt really weak/fidgety. I did end up becoming sick soon after (vomiting)....

not sure if I became sick because I simply overheated...or if the feeling sick and weak/fidgety indicate that maybe I had some sort of seizure-(my first -and only grand mals have occured well sleeping) I've also been super stressed..?

What do you guys think?

Is it still happening today?

Did you change your meds? hit your head? eat something different or something you think may have been passed the best before? What about drinking alcohol? or keeping hydrated? all of those things can make you feel that way and a lot of other things can too.

Do you think its possible that you may have taken your meds too much? like double your dose by mistake? The 2 times I did that, i felt like how you described. utterly sick.

What you describe could also be migraine, stomach flu or even food poisoning, so make sure there's nothing else going on if possible. Hope you feel better soon.
