Simple partial or nerve issue? Tomayto, tomawto?

So I have a new and exciting simple partial going on. (read with sarcasm, or not, whichever)
It isn't painful. It lasts for like, only 2 seconds but it can cluster or have a one off here and there during the day. No loss of consciousness or other weirdness.

I'll feel like an electric surge and then my eyes will close while I nod my head.

It's like i'm doing a very serious and solemn nod to no one in particular.

I can't decide which I like better...the nod or my mouth making an uncontrolled smack out the blue.

People may start avoiding me when I'm singing to myself walking down the street, nodding and smacking my mouth. Wow.
The body is a strange thing man. I'm going with fascinating rather than irritating at the moment. Ask me again in a month.

okay...two words. Muscle fasciculations.
I have to stop. I think someone should stop my mind from analyzing every darn thing that happens to my body!
I am going to try to embrace cool indifference.
After all, I'm just fine. Enough said.

Those can be caused by having a Magnesium defeciency. Seizures can be caused by mag defeciency as well

A lot of people recommend supplements, but I'd suggest getting it from eating food. Here's a list of magnesium rich food: http://www.osteoporosisadvice.com/ma...rich-foods.php

Just some food for thought.
