Sleep deprived EEG tomorrow.

I'm gonna be up all night till about 2 and then up at about 5 so it's gonna be fun. NOT!

Not sure what I'll do, maybe find a movie on my Netflix that I can watch at my puter instantly then go read at 1:30 so that I can fall asleep. I've got to get my girls up at 5:30-5:45 so that we can leave with my husband and he can take up to my dad's at 7 am (it's really icy and snowy out) and then he can take care of my girls and take me to the EEG at 9:45.
It's gonna be an exausting day. I hope they'll catch some sort of activity in that of mine. It's been almost 20 yrs since I've had a sleep deprived EEG so it will be interesting!

Good luck JB. Try listening to fast/loud music if you get tired of your movies.

Also keep us updated as to how things go.

Good Luck and let us know how it all goes!

As much as I "hate" to say it, Here's wishing
you to "seize" so they can capture it all and
to help you!

Keep us posted if you can, if you have a wireless and
they let you use it!

I suggest puzzles to keep the mind active. Maybe a challenging computer game.

Brain

I wish you the best.
A good book might help ,or even a good movie on a DVD.
Even some computer games.
It's a lot better than when I had them as a teenager I was expected just keep myself awake. This was the 70's.

I haven't had an EEG in years.
