From what I've read stem cell research is still in the early phases.

Quote :
The International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) is very concerned that stem cell therapies are being sold around the world before they have been proven safe and effective.
Stem cell therapies are nearly all new and experimental. In these early stages, they may not work, and there may be downsides. Make sure you understand what to look out for before considering a stem cell therapy.

Cracking Down on Stem Cell Tourism

Thank you for your reply.Actually i read in a newspaper, there is this kid who speaks only few words not the whole sentence, not much other info was provided and then he goes to this doctor,he does stem cell transplantation and boom this kid can speak the whole sentences.I contacted this doctor via email,he said he can't explain on phone and we need to take an appointment and meet him,he just wrote "Its not a surgery, and there are no side effects and no risk involved in it".His clinic is in some other state, very far away from our city so i asked here is this worth a trip

This is the doctor

You're right, the link is a year old but I don't think something like clinics offering unproven treatments is going to change in just a year. If anything this issue more likely to have gotten worse.

A stem cell transplant is what some people call a bone marrow transplant. It is good for blood platelets but despite the media story I don't know of it doing much else.
Quote :
A stem cell transplant is the infusion of healthy stem cells into your body. A stem cell transplant may be necessary if your bone marrow stops working and doesn't produce enough healthy stem cells. A stem cell transplant can help your body make enough healthy white blood cells, red blood cells or platelets, and reduce your risk of life-threatening infections, anemia and bleeding.

As for this doctor, he is involved in a plagiarism controversy but I dont know of any other controversies he's involved in.

Both links took me to Dr. Rajputs website.

Just the fact that it was made to look like a newspaper site instead of his own makes me very suspicious.

Becool - have you checked out the incredible work that is being doing with Neurofeedback?
Check out the http://EEGInstitute.com where my daughter did therapy. They do work with both AD/HD and seizures. If you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a private message.

There is a lot of information on nutrition on this site, and links to info, and research off site. As for specific exercise, that I do not know about. However, I do know that exercise in general is always a positive thing to do for better health.

Progressive relaxation tends to be helpful as well, especially before going to sleep: http://www.innerhealthstudio.com/pas...elaxation.html

ADD/ADHD video just worked fine for me. Perhaps go to their Youtube page and try from there.

Nutrition, is based on what most nutritionists are recommending
Whole foods based on a plant diet, whole grains, and if necessary limiting wheat (gluten free grains), trying no dairy for a period of time (3 months), no soy, or GMO corn. No or low sugar products, eliminating processed foods, no additives, reduce or eliminate caffeine, no alcohol.

People have tried with success :
The Modified Atkins Diet
The Low Glycemic Index Diet
The GARD - http://dogtorj.com
Gluten Free diet = No seizures!

Mam i just checked that ADD/ADHD video and the wonderful story of that kid.As you can see that kid is able to speak well, but my brother is only able to speak few words and some sentences. Here in India we hardly have any EEG lab or institute or any sort of centres that can help people who have gifts. So i am looking for any information online that can help.
Thank you about the diet advice
