Has anyone tried tinted, polarized lens, or anti reflective lens in their eyeglasses to possibly lessen seizures? I have noticed my blue tinted sunglasses make my eyes calmer. I know most everyone wears contact lens days but I've read that these type lens can lessen migraines so I am wondering if they might also help seizures. Anyone have info on this? Thanks.

For someone who has photosensitive epilepsy, using sunglasses would help. http://www.epilepsysociety.org.uk/photosensitive-epilepsy is just one of several sites I came across when I googled " can wearing sunglasses reduce the number of seizures?"

I would say to do your own experiment, using yourself as the subject :) If it helps you then that is fantastic, and there will be many of us here who will be interested in reading what you find out.

You might want to check out this site as well: http://irlen.com/
I haven't tested their lens, but they might be worth a try.
