Does anyone else have trouble with twitching eyelids and rolling eyes? Sometimes the twitching eyelids lead to a seizure, as they make the light flicker.

I'm not sure if this is the same thing that you are talking about but my eyes, I don't think it's my eye lids, will twitch/flutter back and forth really fast. I don't think it's ever made the light flicker because I don't think my eye lids ever actually close during it. It's never brought on a seizure. I read and it's one of the side effects of Tegretol, which is a medicine I'm on.

You're not alone... I experienced it constantly for months off and on after my seizures began. It doesn't cause the light to flicker for me, my eyelid just twitches from left to right. I get them before, after and without seizures, but after eliminating gluten from my diet the twitching stopped.

My head twitches up and down or back and forth ever so slightly. This happens just before med time.

I get light twitching now and then, but they don't lead to seizures. As valeriedl said, I think it's a side effect of Tegretol but it's just as likely to be a symptom of your condition as well- who knows? *sighs*

My daughter has the problem of fluttering eyelids and eyes rolling up. She only has short absence seizures. She's got Jeavons Syndrome.
