understanding postictal vitals

I had a seizure last Saturday (I mentioned it on here) but today I got a copy of the EMT records from them, to show my doctor, to keep for my records...

I've had some thoughts in my head lately too that I might have been having psychogenic non-epileptic seizures all along and perhaps not epileptic seizures at all.
this thinking makes me upset - it makes me feel like I'm "faking" something, when I have no idea whatsoever.
but anyway, aside from doing an extended study at the hospital it seems there isn't much way to tell for sure (?)

I could have asked the EMTs to check my prolactin level, I guess, from what I've learned online, althought that isn't reliable

my heart rate was 104, respiratory rate was 18, my BP was 144/50, glucose was 127
none of these are atypical it seems, except my BP seems way out of whack for my normal BP range

do psychogenic non-epileptic seizures have ability to throw off the BP like that?

I'm usually 120/70 plus or minus just a few - I've always had a really good BP since I quit drinking
