very seizure'ish

Menstural cycle is creeping up ... perhaps this is why.

Today is a verrryyyyy bad day. First off I woke up with blurred vision in my right eye (no headache)

I started to have those feelings of almost blacking out again.. so figured perhaps Im having a migraine aura (neurologist said she thinks this smptoms is) ... with no headache.

Well now I got the good old tingles....pricking sensations ... and the ususal ... like feeling electrical impulses around various parts of my body...

So now I wonder if the other stuff is not actually a migraine aura..

Laid down. I did way too much today, and whenever Im running around .. doing laundry and grocery stores in 1 day.. and cleaning... this happens.

I do try to pace myself, but sometimes things just have to get done...and I dont get to choose what days to go grocery shopping, since I get a ride with my friend.

Was also under exceptional emotional stress yestrday .. I guess all of it could be to blame... too much work... emotions... mensturcal cycle coming up.

I feel terrible. I sat outside Vons earlier on the seats..I felt so limp, and nauseas... gosh....

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH ...So anyway, I just let a klonopin dissolve in my mouth. It should work... hopefully wont have to take 2 since I have really been cutting this to bare minimum (because it makes me depressed)

I guess im just gtting the auras.. have not had any twitching or jerking yet.

Im supposed to walk a few blocks up the street today, to the place Im moving into so that I can give the landlord the deposit. I dont think Im gonna make it, and I have to .. because I was supposed to go yesterday (((

I hope the klonopin does the trick -- is there anything else that helps with the nausea? Maybe a cup of tea, or relaxing music?

hey nak how r u.

It worked, and I laid down for about an hour...

then took the walk to drop off the deposit....

now giving myself some TLC.. eating some cheese on toast, gonna make some cammomile soon.

seem better this far. Hope its not gonna be a "klonopin menstural cycle" that stuff really really lowers my mood.
