Lightbulb Vitamin B6 (a heads-up)....

I've just been having a flick around looking at other recommendations for ridding myself of seizure's - as you can guess by me clutching at straws again, I've had another two days (after going two weeks free) with a couple of seizure's !...booooo !!

So, anyway, back to the point....I was looking at Vitamin B6 as I'm already taking this, plus a Complex B6 Vitamin anyway, and stumbled upon the following link. Take a look at the "interactions" on B6 :

http://ww2.arthritis.org/resources/a...e_Vitamins.asp

Maybe I need to think about reducing the B6 I'm taking.

Too much of anything is bad for you (except possibly love).

Thankfully we are not all alike. Makes the decisions a bit rougher at times.

That's a little scary. It would be nice if they named which anti-epileptic drug's interact with Vitamin B-6.
