Sounds good. Sometimes EEG tests don't show anything (but that doesn't mean there isn't epileptiform activity happening when they aren't testing). Hopefully, the test will offer some meaningful results.

THIS Wednesday? Oh, thank goodness things are moving so fast for you .... How wonderful.
We will be waiting to hear the results and I'll be saying a prayer for her.

Could I ask if you are seeing civillian or military doctors?

Hi

Hi Taylor's Mommy,

Good Luck with Taylor's EEG. It will be good to get the ball rolling and start finding some answers. As Bernard mentioned..it may not always show up..this was the case for me. But persistance will help you get answers. Hopefully it will give you some more info. as to what is happening. I will be thinking of you both. And I am sure your Husband will be right there with you in spirit!! Keep us posted on how everything.

Michelle

Ah, yes,

ditto what Georgiagirl says. Good luck with the EEG on Thursday...however please don't be surprised if nothing shows up on it, especially if it's only a short amount of time that the EEG is conducted for....

The MRI, just so you know is to look for physical abnormalities that may be causing the E..........

Take care,

Meetz

civilian doctors. We dont live on base right now. I wouldnt mind taking her to a military doctor for her checkups and things of that nature but any specialist I will be taking her off base. No question

Thumbs up

Good news - at least in my view! When I developed e, of course, I was seen by the military docs and all decisions were made by them.
