Weird quirks?

weird question - do any of you find yourself typing half of the same sentence or the wrong word, and not realizing that you did it? I routinely when writing have to go back and edit because I type the same sentence twice, or half of the same sentence twice.. or multiple times... it's really rather embarrassing.

I routinely re-read things.. repeatedly so I don't miss pieces of information but when I type, OMG if I don't re-read what I wrote, I miss OBVIOUS errors - sometimes ones so bad that the spell checker alerts me to it, and it just doesn't register in my brain - they used to think I was dyslexic but i'm not so sure, I put random words in places they don't belong - and sometimes screw up entire sentences in gibberish - (talk about making me feel totally illiterate - AND i'm a writer, ugh so yeah rub it in. LOL)

And - I find myself often incapable of reading during my fogs, or auras, and have to just stop trying and come back to it later - I'm trying to figure out what part is "quirk" and what part is "related to the symptoms" were having.

Wanna share some of your reading/writing quirks with me that are officially "tagged" as part of it? LOL I'm just curious. I'm okay being quirky.. I just really don't like the "how can you be so dumb" part of it.

YES... i know what you mean. I used to devour books, now i have a hard time reading them, i end up reading the same line over and over or staying on the same page having to read it twice, and really focusing on each sentence, because i realised that i just read the page but didn't comprehend a single bit of it. I blame that on my medication. prior to my medication my reading ability was fine.

I read alot too, usually at night before I go to bed. When I pick up the book the next night I'll start reading and can't figure out who the person is so I've got to go back and find out who they are and what they have to do. I also have to re-read things over because it didn't sink in the first time.

I also have to go back and check out what I've typed. I do things that are simmilar to what you do emma. I'll write about the same thing in two different paragraphs or even leave out what I'm typing about.

I have severe comprehension issues.I routinely spell things wrong and I used to be able to spell anything. Now my mind will notice it doesnt look right, but cant understand what to do to fix it for a minute.I also gave up reading,I have no idea that I even read something or watched something after about a month
