What do your partials feel like?

Sorry for the second thread today. I'm wondering what other people experience with a partial seizure.

For me, I feel a pressure in one side of my head. It feels like my brain is swelling or something. If it's a bad one, I have to sit down and I have a hard time talking. It lasts a few minutes.
