| B6 is the one that helps best with "Kepprage". But it's best to take it in a BComplex vitamin with the other Bs, since they all work together. |

| I agree with Nakamova, B6 is the primary vitamin, but they all work together so take a good B-complex, plus some extra B6 if you think it is needed. Watch out for taking too much, though. Here's some info on B6, including overdose: http://www.vitamins-supplements.org/...pyridoxine.php |

| I would suggest checking with your neurologist first. Mine tells me that all the B I need is a multivitamin, any more is not good. He referred to studies that said too much B can cause permanent neulogical damage. My doc is very strict about me checking with him before adding anything to my regime. |
