Thanx fez. I cant take much more. I live in sundetland if ya know where that is? lol. I have a holland and barrat or a local health store should i just ask there? or i have likes of boots and lloyds and nirmal chemists. I just want this sorted nw. I wud rather have seizures than these side affects. My neurologist is a yottal waste of time and so is the epilepsy nurse. Sigh. I just feel low n very tired all the tym. I cant take much more i really cant

dunno where sundetland is, which country
you can by it of the internet, i go synergy spirulina. maybe try that.

ive experienced feeling low and tired and its easy to get into a bad cycle.
One way i keep on top of this is by getting up early and going to bed early. i rise not long afer the sun 5am and i crash about 9-9.30 pm. i find this keeps me in cync. i also think that it reduces the chance of nocturnal seizures.
hope you've got someone close you can confide in and to give you hug.
thinking of you

sorry thats was meant to say sunderland. its near newcastle? i go to bed early but still cant sleep till at least 12pm then i constantly wake up. im awake again by 7am, im so tired n lethargic its struggle to get out of bed on a morning, when i see my brush full of hair and my eyelashes n eyebrows falling out i get fed up. i do know that if i dont eat at regular times i feel like im going to collapse and go light headed. it has to be somethig with sugar in or a fizzy drink this helps for a little while. no i dont have 1 friend that really wants to know or help me, its like its a burden to them. n thank you, its nice to know someone cares.

I have to have coffee in the morning . I feel like a complete train wreck when I wake up!
Sometimes I drink green tea in the afternoon and always decaffeinated mint tea after dinner to settle my stomach.
