What's your new year's resolution?

What's your new year's resolution?

Mine is an end to my seizures, whether through medication or something else. I have to believe this is attainable.

To reach my 3 year seizure-free milestone in June. (It can happen Endless, it really can. I'm knocking on wood for myself, and I've got my fingers-crossed for you).

To have better posture. (Less hunching in front of the monitor)

To write more letters. (Yup, snailmail! More hunching over pencil and paper).

my new year's resolutions are

to have date night with my husband (no kiddies) at least once a month and to get out of the house as a family once a month (grocery shopping doesn't count..lol) and do something together. This resolution will help me get out of the house and hopefully get rid of some of my anxieties about it

My first ever new years resolution was to never ever make another new years resolution. You know what? I've stuck to it.

Having said that, i have just joined a diet group. I wasn't intending on one until someone pointed out that it's free to join in january, so i'm not losing anything (apart from maybe some weight?) by giving it a go.
