Smile GARD: Flour

Our store carries Bob's Red Mill gluten free dairy free flour, 1# for $4.29. This has the ingredients that Robin posted in her thread on flour substitute for the GARD. Zanthum Gum needs to be added to this flour(about 2 or 3 teaspoons); Bob's Red Mill Zanthum Gum is about 8oz for $10.25.
