I know

this isn't quite the same as juicing, but when I REALLY want to get my veggies, I make minestrone. I have a great recipe that I make, and I make a huge batch, freeze it in small portions that I can take out when I want, thaw out, and eat when I want. I do use sausage sometimes, but you can substitute different meats if you'd like. YUMMMM.

I know, it's not the same.......but I thought I'd offer up the idea. A lot of minestrone soups are made without the meat.....
