Rules for posting recipes

The recipes forum was created to allow members to post recipes for meals, side dishes, desserts, etc. that fit within the parameters of one of the four seizure control diets:

• Low Glycemic Index Treatment - [LGIT]
• Modified Atkins - [MA]
• Ketogenic - [KD]
• GARD - [GARD]

When posting a recipe, the title for the post should include the diet code listed above and then the name of the recipe - like so: [GARD] Potato Pancakes with Applesauce

If you know that a recipe is appropriate for more than one of the listed diets (there is a lot of overlap between them), you can list all the appropriate diet codes in the title. Don't worry if you are not sure about all the diets though, just be sure to list the main diet for which your recipe was intended.
