Question Ummm?....yeah.....

I didn't KNOW it was your b-day hawke86!

Your profile doesn't have the birthdate part filled out or something I guess because it's not showing it to us!

Believe you me!...this crowd likes birthday celebrations and yours would be no exception!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!

Red face

Hey Hawke,

Happy Birthday!!! I didn't realize it was your Bday either!! Glad you told us. I always felt that way too as a kid, because mine is the week before Christmas. My parties were always low on kids ..everyone was always out of town or unable to come because of the holidays. I always love to celebrate myself though!! Ha! : )) Happy Happy Birthday to you also!

Michelle

Happy Birthday!

I'm a newbie to this forum, and I can tell already that it's a compassionate group of folks...that they would have wished you a happy birthday if they had known...

But if it makes you feel any better, my brother's birthday was Thursday, and I called him yesterday to see if I had called him on his birthday (and I had)...my short term memory is worthless. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's a good thing there is some way for this site to keep track of that, because I'm amazed that you guys remember anything at all (seeing as how I'm struggling on an hour by hour basis with my memory).

Talking I missed it!

Sorry Hawke Buddy!!!

You posted your birthday date when you wished me Happy Birthday just last week. I apologize for missing it, but I wasn't on-line very long yesterday.

Happy Birthday from a 47 year old!!! How many candles do we need for your cake?

I did think when I wished a few people Happy Day... what if I miss a day online and then forget to start a Happy Bday thread...that wouldn't be nice. I think that tends to happen on the slower days. We don't always keep a lookout for the BDay box.

Sorry TT, and Alivenwell...
PurpleAngel, my mom use to do that all the time. I am the youngest of 5 so it came with the territory. I have to admit I forgot to send my sis and sis-in-law BDay wishes.
Talk about memory. I wonder what can make up for that?

That's OK. I never posted it here. I'm done with birthdays for now...

The way I look at it, the birthday is a celebration of life. When my aunt was in her 50s, she died of cancer. Ironically, she used to take movies of family events. Because of that, we never had too many pictures of her. We got to see life from her perspective.

I have another relative with leukemia who may be kicking its butt.

Life is too short to worry about the minor stuff.

After all the near misses with death and all the bad accidents I had as a kid and adult, I'm convinced I'm here for some purpose. Haven't figured that one out yet. Ironically none of those events were seizure related! It's a fact that I spent half of my childhood in a hospital and was homeschooled for one year.
