Tired and depressed.

Has anyone felt tired and depressed at the same time? Lately I have been feeling constantly tired. I have been experiencing a lot of PTSD lately. It has been giving me trouble sleeping. Sometimes I wish it would all go away. I don't know what to do anymore.
