Nana1,

Sorry to hear about your bad day on Sunday. Hopefully things have gotten better since then. It's all easier said than done - but try to hang in there and keep your spirits up. Stress plays such a big part for all of us, and it almost seems impossible to try and control it. I wish you well.
Sincerely,
JosieB

Hang in there Nancy. It takes time and effort, but you can find the right balance/solution to stabilize your health/brain with determination.

Unhappy Sorry

Nancy,

..to hear about your seizure again. Hang in there and try to take it easy. One day at a time. As far as your blood sugar, 98 is a great number.
I have diabetes, along with epilepsy, so I know what a hassle it is keeping it all in balance. Along with anti-epileptic drugs, I also have to do insulin shots and I have to check my glucose through out the day and sometimes in the night, like the night before last and it was down to 40! Not good.

I hope you have a better day!

(((HUGS))) to you!

Cindy

Mmmmm,

Nancy, here's some (((HUGS))) for you. I think you could probably use them right about now. Take things one day at a time, one step at a time, and they will eventually work out....
