Post I'm still around.......

I've just been in a bit of a depression lately, and instead of bringing everyone here down, I've been lurking or just staying away until I can get through it. Normally, it's not this long, but Grandma's death triggered it. But I can't go on anti-depressants; they make me suicidal....and with all the other meds I'm on, I just don't want to add another med.

On the UP SIDE, I got the PROOF COPY of my 2d book today, so I might be able to work my way out of the depression faster than I thought...... wouldn't that be cool?

G'nite all........

Meetz

It takes the lows to appreciate the highs. Sorry to hear you have been down in the dumps.

Great news on your book. I am sure if you just keep putting one foot in front of the other you surely will pull yourself up by the bootstraps.

I am not sure if you can take St John's Wort for depression. It was recommended for me. You would have to check into that. Does exercise help you? Something again where you just have to put one foot in front of the other, but I know I usually feel better once it is done.

I hope your saddess is soon replaced with your special memories.

Keep your chin up. Brighter days are just around the corner.

Check out the new thread on bragging about your state/region. I am sure Indiana has a lot of reasons to be proud.

Just keep an eye on your meds.

Hey Meetz! Sorry to hear that you've been feeling blue. (I wonder why they use that saying to describe it.....It's not like our faces turn the color of blueberries...)Just keep your chin up...and don't forget to laugh.
