Cool my head!! plus stress

just had 2 huge seizures (i have complex partial) when i went thru the shower. went to soap myself up and had one and when i came out of la la land i'd hopped out and dried myself off. i had a look in the shower and the oil mix i usually use on my body was still full. then i started to get dressed and went into la la land again. when i came out i was sitting on the lounge fully clothed. i've found when i have blank moments i go into what mum calls "auto pilot" and usually finish one line of thought and then head for my bed (even when i'm not at home. embarrassing for some people who haven't seen me have one) i went and had a sleep coz i was sore all over. now that i'm awake.... i have a headache (which isn't unusual) but its kinda only on the left side of my head. i'm sore all over but i know that its coz i tense up when i have a seizures.
any idea why its only on one side of my head? it kinda feels odd. if i remember rightly theres a small smooth patch on my brain from something/sick moment i had when i was little.
i've had one of THOSE weeks. i'm not sure how to change it at the moment. any suggestions are welcome as well
i've found at the moment too now that i'm totally wired that stress is the quickest thing to give me a seizure so i'm trying to stay chilled out as i can

Tralee - what ways have you found to keep stress under wraps?

Really sorry to hear about your seizures.
Rebecca had one today as well. It was an 8 min. Tonic Clonic... not fun.

Definitely mention that to your neurologist. Could be that the seizures are focused on that side of the brain.

LightningBolt What about....

something as simple as some herbal tea? There's no caffeine in it to stimulate seizures or anything, and they can be very relaxing.

My personal favorite is honey chamomile for bedtime... for an upset stomach or even a headache, peppermint tea works wonders......
