I remember an alarm clock that was shaped like & felt like a baseball. To activate the snooze button you had to throw it against the wall so you'd have to get up when it went off again. They stopped making them because too many people threw it through their glass windows or broke the glass in framed pictures on the wall, mirrors etc.

The BF has threatened to get on thats shaped like a grenade. You pull the pin and toss in the room. It won't stop til you find the person with the pin and get the pin back in.

Of course you realize that all of us who suffer from seizures are good at dismantling grenades & "walking on eggshells"! (We then throw the grenade back @ your BF!!)

If you have a very loving husband!

Usually I come out of them and don't know who he is. Once I thought he was the dr, another time I thought he was his son from a previous marriage. There have been others too.

Once I didn't know who he was or why he was giving me my medicine to take. He was calmly giving me one pill at a time (I take about 8 two times a day) and explaining to me that I have epilepsy and that's why I need to take them.

If I can talk to my 80 year old grandma two hours a day, everyday and I know we talk about the same thing over and over again, but neither one of us realizes it.

If you wash clean clothes.

Just did this! Does this mean I get to wear them twice before having to wash them again?

When you get so fed up with your doctor and pharmacy. You fire your doctor, and say bring on the fits! i AM TIRED OF JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS! I mean if the doc, can't take the time to fill out a form and fax it in, is he taking the time to treat me as best he can! I thought I could do this but I am lost, my grandmother is going to be in the hospital and I will be on my own for a while. I have officially given up on myself. There are just too many people and obstacles in my way that want to see me fall on my face. I just hate right now! I do I do I do. One week without my meds and I have fallen down once again.

When your mum sends a text asking if you want a lift home from work, and you reply

*looks at sent texts*

"eys plesw i'm jdut waitingn for tuumblr drier to fimish so i cn put disshes away x"

She rang me instead to find out what the hell i was trying to say, and why i needed to wait for the clothes to dry so i could put the dishes away
