Lightbulb Consumer research: Epilepsy-related Injuries

Hi there guys!

I have a survey that needs filling in, that relates to injuries caused by epileptic seizures. It is part of my third year project and would be very grateful if you can spare 5-10 minutes of your time to complete it.

The information gathered is anonymous and confidential and would only be used for my project. There is an information sheet attached at the beginning of the survey to tell you more about it but you can withdraw from the survey at any time so don't feel like you have to take part.

But if you would like to take part, it will help me a lot. The feedback I get will help develop my ideas but also taking in how epilepsy has affected people's lives.

The following link will take you to the survey:
surveymonkey.com/s/2J5VCYB

Thank you for considering in taking part!

Kim

Easy survey. Good luck.
