Cost-FREE research study for those with partial epilepsyThe study is currently seeking participants who have partial epilepsy and are still experiencing seizures, even with the use of up to three antiepilepsy medications. Click here to see if you may be eligible for the PROSPER study. https://www.myepilepsystudy.com/qualify.aspx The purpose of the study is to determine the safety, effectiveness, and tolerability of an investigational medication to see if it may control seizures. The study will look at an investigational medication that people can take in addition to their current medications for epilepsy. Study participants will receive at no cost: •Monitoring of their epilepsy •Direct access to study doctors or nurses who will answer questions and concerns •Study-related physical exams •Blood work and other laboratory services •Investigational medication or placebo (an inactive "look-alike" pill) Study participants will be asked to: •Attend up to 9 study visits during a 23–35-week period •Take the investigational medication or placebo (an inactive "look-alike" pill) each day for up to 23 weeks •Keep a diary about seizures For more information or to speak with a study representative you can call: 1-866-692-1317
