Cool website to check out a food's Glycemic Index rating

I found this last week. You can enter both foods and drinks and it will tell you their Glycemic Index rating. Some of them are a surprise. The one's that surprised my was that Apple Juice and Orange Juice have either low or medium ratings. Sorry for the misspelling on the title.
