MAD diet

is there a place i can go to find how i can start the MAD diet? i want to see if i can get some of the seizures to slow down a little. i'm underweight now but if it helps. i eat 4 or 5 small meals anyway. i never could eat a whole lot at one time. my grandpa used to tell me i ate like a bird. i've already cut out soda, coffee, high fructose stuff, and i've always ate more veggies than anything else.
the docs don't want to seem to help me. since i've found this site i thought maybe the diet couldn't hurt.
