pseudoseizures and week legs -- frustratedAnyone have this problem? she is in phyiscal therapy and started with a therapist.. she is very frustrated especially if this is not brain connected why is she having such problems with physical side of this? |

| Has her doc ruled out other potential causes for the weakness in your daughter's legs? Many things can cause such a weakness -- various neurological diseases, damage to the lumbar spine, even an electrolyte disorder. I would ask her doctor to explain if the link is truly related to the psychogenic non-epileptic seizures, and if so how. If there isn't a link then there needs to be more investigation to isolate a cause. |
